  • Staff a total joke. My friends child was told she was not allowed back into the play area due to allegedly biting another child even though no questions were asked (She didn't actually vote said child...  more »
  • Our two sons , 3 and an 18month old , had a great few hours playing here today. Really clean and staff were pleasant. Would recommend it to all with young children, a few hours of fun for them!  more »
  • We waited ages to be admitted- staff too busy doing nothing in the back office to notice us. Same when we left, too busy to open the gate for us to get out. doing what? Not looking after the kids that...  more »

  • I live this place go with grandaughter who has a great time even though she tires her granny out. Good coffee
  • It's dirty. The equipment isn't clean. Food on the equipment. If you have a kid that has food allergies beware. Also parents should be watching their kids. On the good side nice staff, but could be watching what us happening on the equipment. It's expensive too.
  • My 1 year old daughter loves this place, nice and clean and well padded
  • I'm 12 years old and I was taking my niece to the fun factory for a little visit my mother tried to pay for me but the woman said I can't go in because I was 12 but then she said you have to be 11 or under so I went in but I couldn't go into the areas with my niece but then I looked over at a sign and it says 5-12 years olds were alloud to play, I find it ridiculous how 16+ can get in as an adult and play with their children and I can't even go into the baby bit to watch my niece go down a slide!! My mother payed £6 for a 1 year old to go down a slide! We could of went to jumping joeys and I could of played with her. definately not coming back you've lost a customer My mother has had two heart attacks (52 y/o) and she's had to go on the equipment and play with my niece.
  • Adults are charged to spectate, never experienced that before. Toddler (ages1-4) area over run with bigger kids felt it was not very safe for my 1 year old
