  • Had a great day out with two sons, daughter in law and grandchildren at this park. However we were surprised at the cost of coffees etc in the cafe. Very expensive. Looked at cost of the food and were glad we had brought a picnic! Visited the animal section as the grandchildren love animals. Have to say it was looking rather shabby! Felt the keeper who was obviously about to lay out food for the bears could have communicated how long this might take as we hung about for ages. Kids got impatient! Worth it in the end as they loved watching them feeding!
  • Great price for what was on offer. We saw some birds and animals we haven't seen in other wildlife parks. The cafe was quite expensive and there were things off the menu but it was school holidays and very busy. We spent around 2 hours walking around twice. It was clean and the animals all seemed perfectly happy
  • Very disappointed to be honest. Hardly any animals there and my toddler was excited to see them but mainly birds and a small wildcat is all we seen. Very pricey to get in for very little in return. Decided to go to the cafe which was another shockingly disappointing experience. Very very expensive with very tiny portions and hardly any filling. Staff are abrupt and rude. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else as this place is a very poor performing experience.
  • There is a modern and well stuffed entrance building that includes a small gift shop and restaurant. The park itself has some a good mix of wildlife that appear to be kept in well maintained enclosures. In places the visitor areas of the park are looking a little tired but it could have been that I visited just before they cut the grass. The park includes some of the following wildlife. Piano goats, tortoises, rheas, lemurs and other small monkeys, brown bears, bats, meercats, guinea pigs, birds of prey, storks, peacocks, ibis and a beautiful macaw. The size of the park is perfect for kids. It takes over an hour to saunter round and spot every thing (longer if you were to read all the info). If you want a day out you can enjoy the park setting before going in as there is hours of entertainment just outside the park's gates.
  • This is a beautiful place... And totally dog friendly... There is a lovely cafeteria with good hot fresh food and dogs are welcome at tables outside ... But if you fancy a barbecue there are places around the park all ready to use 😀 and lots of space for everyone .
