Tour Old Bridge House Museum, the oldest house in Dumfries--a diminutive site that packs a wallop with its huge collection of old artifacts. Dating back to 1660, the house was built into a sandstone bridge, which has helped it survive to this day. Tour guides will tell you all about the family kitchen, nursery, and Victorian bedroom, all still kept in 19th-century style. Other rooms are dedicated to other artifacts of the era, including an old dentist office.
