A great area of peaceful greenery in the midst of a bustling town. Well kept lawns, carefully tended flowerbeds and monuments of the past make this place a lovely gem. more »

Lovely but small gardens. They have amazing facility's with toilets a shop which was closed when were there. Kids playing area which was really nicely equiped along with an outdoor exercise area. The gardens are really well laid out and a credit to the council.

Assuming you aren't put off by the lack of hat stalls, you'll love this place. Many good memories, and very rare that you'd smell the off putting scent of an owl. Would have been five stars but was impossible to buy a fedora or fez.

Good play park for kids and adult exercise machines for adults. Nice clock. Lovely plants.

Great gardens, free tennis court and park for the kids. Also public toilets a cafe and water fountain. And a outdoors gym and water jets for the kids to play in the summer.

First visit to these gardens, lots for children to do and plenty of room to sit in the shade or to soak up the sun - the kiosk is well stocked as well.
