  • Fantastic all around, we have visited regularly from when it opened. The wildlife park are constantly opening new attractions all the time. If you like animals this is the place for you.
  • YWP is like walking around a great big building site as they are prepare an enclosure for a black rhino. The park has been brilliantly landscaped with man made hills, developing forests, small lakes, rivers, wide gravel pathways and man made caves and a waterfall. It can be found just past the Hare and Tortoise down Warning Tongue lane opposite the Warren Golf Course. With over 300 animals and 60 African Species. We saw lions tigers leopards lemurs giraffes reindeer camels polar bears and meerkats. Not to mention a burrowing owl. Big Bugs live were performing in the amphitheatre. A recommended day out for the family take a pack up.
  • Brilliant conversation park and gets better all the time in both wildlife and facilities. Some of the most endangered animals have breeding programmes here. Have been an annual pass member for years, 4 visits per year is break even.
  • Great day out. Animals look genuinely happy and playful. The Lemur and Wallaby enclosures you can go in with the animals and see them close. All the enclosures seem designed to see the animals as close as possible. Hard to find your way round. Little signage. Also the rough paths are a struggle for wheelchairs. Food is nice and not too expensive. Very friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
  • Amazing place, we'll worth a visit no matter how far away you come from. People who are leaving reviews whinging about 'all the walking about, my feet were aching' - what on earth did you expect?! Its a massive site, with plenty to see, ideally you need a whole day here at the very least. A huge variety of animals and habitats, all of which appears very well looked after. Food prices not bad considering how much you could pay at other similar facilities. All in all, my family and I loved it and will definitely be visiting again.
  • Had a wonderful afternoon. Large enclosures for all the animals. They all look very happy with their surroundings. Food is priced very reasonably. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back.
