  • It is good and good as a day out. Good, clean changing rooms and the outdoor heated pool with water rapids are very good. Downside is there is only one open air slide indoors for certain people if they do not like being in enclosed spaces. But there is other slides if you want to go on the enclosed ones. Hope this helped.
  • Swimming pool has recently been refurbished inside and changing rooms are now very clean and modern. Swimming outside is novel. Ice skating is good fun due to the ramps up and down but not recommended if you aren't very steady on you feet! Prices very reasonable too.
  • Accept Military card for swimming but not spa.. very clean pools. Friendly staff. Not very disabled friendly.. steam room was very good. Sauna could do with a freshen up. Lockers in spa area could do with a bit of repairs.. the spa area could do with some repairs and a lick of paint instead of tape over the holes.. the water slides were good and the outside pool with rapids were ok.. I hear the food in the restaurant was good value and quality
  • Although there are lots of things to do it's just grimy and dated! Waiting to go on the family slide and there was a big circle of what looked like small pieces of debris held in place by the swirling current, children are not allowed on parents laps down flumes so my 2 year old daughter who is really used to going down water slides was not allowed down any but the family only one, which in my mind was the most dangerous as although it's not much of a slide there was a shocking current trying to suck you down it while you stood waiting to get on the slide and because there is a dip part way down the first slide that stops you and you have to climb up, I had one great big bloke crash into me, although there was a staff member stood at the top she didn't control people going down, thankfully the moronic big oaf crashed into me and not my two year old! Over half the bubble beds didn't work the spa pools were just disgusting looking, they did not look clean or well maintained at all, the place was covered in stains of various sorts, the steps to the slides just looked like they had never been cleaned, the lazy river thing wasn't working, the changing room floors were covered in mud and *shudder* hair! I don't think I'll be going back to be honest! It just needs massive renovations, come guys you've had your money out of it for the last 20 years at least, time to put money in and sort it out!!
  • Nice location to enjoy a concert, sport event, aqua park (for kids) or a ice skating. On the concert I have enjoyed spacious room and good volume with bright visual effects.
