  • Brodsworth is not far at all from where I live but in the 15 years I've lived in Doncaster I had never visited once. I'm so glad that we did however. The hall has very much been left as English Herita...  more »
  • Spent a few hours walking around the lovely gardens and hall on a beautiful sunny day. The staff were also so interesting and helpful, really knew their stuff!  more »

  • This was a fascinating visit. Good presentation of how the house is maintained and repaired. Gardens were lovely and we even got to watch a croquet match!
  • Fantastically knackered in all the right ways, fabulous house with rich history and beautiful gardens that offer a tour and activities. Good cream teas available with a good tea room selection. Visited with a 10 year old and she wasn't bored at all.
  • Very nice gardens, the house is currently under renovation but you can still walk around it
  • Lovely Place, Beautiful grounds with a the benefit of a tea room for a scone and cake, also a park for the children to play in, we spent a good 5hrs there with our 3 children. P Martin
  • Really nice place with cool history and really well maintained gardens and grounds. However due to construction, the house is only open to the public to freely explore from 1 PM on, as before that time is only guided tours of part of the open areas.
