  • What a horrible place this is. Dreadful customer service. They'd ran out of certain sized boots. They had bouncers everywhere scowling at people like they were in a nightclub full of adults rather tha...  read more »
  • I love it here! Being a regular skater, I got a membership and now I get every 5th visit free. Great for rainy days and for all the family! Staff and regulars are friendly and polite.
  • I spend quite a few Sunday afternoons at Rollerworld, my granddaughter loves it. The lighting and skating surface are excellent but when you look around you see how desperately it needs refurbishing, ...  read more »
  • I live in Nottingham, occasionally skate in Birmingham but I found myself in Derby attending an all-nighter at Rollerworld which was very good. The music was okay but could do with more rare groove tunes, and I wasn't tripping over young kids due to the over 18 restriction at the door (thank goodness). Overall I enjoyed it and will attend the next all-nighter.
  • Long review~ Horrible we didn't enjoy it at all, thought it would be fun after a day out shopping in Derby as we had never been there before so thought we'd try it out. When we got there it was packed way too full there was not enough room and they have ridiculous security at the doors they were patting down everyone for food and drinks which made us feel uncomfortable, awkward and singled out as we had been shopping and had some food and drink in our shopping bags which got confiscated until the end. they didn't give out clear instructions, they were saying there were separate queues for boys and girls which was a bit odd. the cafe was small and we couldn't even sit down and eat, as kids were sitting around the tables not even eating and also half of the seating was closed off. You can't even slightly stand outside the cafe area with a drink as security guy tells you to go back in when you can't even move in the cafe, especially on skates. Some of the staff were miserable and ignorant and I kinda felt a bit unwelcome. They also played games which involved everyone who wasn't playing getting off the rink so we were standing around for 15 mins per game waiting for them to finish because I was not going to play tag and dodgeball in skates. thought it was going to be a nice skate but obviously not we was not made aware of the games prior to going. Oh and none of the toilet cubicles closed properly and wouldn't lock.. I felt as though I was treat like a child and will not be returning and certainly not recommending.
  • had my sons 8th birthday party here...AMAZING! all the staff made lots of effort and went out there way to make sure everyone was well looked after and having the best time. it was great value for money for a superb party like that, especially with everything that was included. DJ was excellent the kids loved him and he plays AWESOME music! we all had so much fun, deffo going again!
  • Love it because you get to ROLLERSCATE
