  • Today was my first time visiting, I went alone with my 1year old son. The girls working were really lovely, and helpful, one of them held my boy whilst I filled in the membership form and again later when I went to the toilet. Reasonably priced and decent food. Will definitely be returning.
  • had our daughters 5th birthday here 10/10/15. everything was ok. we paid extra for a special mascot to make an appearance once it was time to go into the 'Ice Palace' room, We requested Elsa, We didnt even realise that elsa had turned up to be honest, a member of staff in an elsa dress was stood at the front of the line, we didnt realise due to her have brown hair. The children did not know who she was and we were extremely disappointed in her appearance. When we paid for an elsa mascot, thats what we expected to get. Once in the party room, she stood with our daughter for approx 3 minutes for a couple of pictures then went and stood in the corner talking to the host of the party. VERY DISAPPOINTING
  • Picking partner and kids up, who where having lunch when I arrived, told I would have to pay entry to join them to wait for them to finish. Least to say not impressed.
  • Good for toddler to 8 years. Good food selection, out door - giant sand pit and park. Indoor soft play good for kids birthday parties.
  • The kids love it, but it's quite small and very expensive.
