  • My husband and I took my grandaughter who is aged one and a half. She loved running about and was in the ball pits. She went over to the bigger play area and my husband and I went in with her. She wen...  more »
  • Spent many an afternoon here with the kids. A great place to go to meet up with other families, for parties or when the weather is bad. Plenty to keep the kids amused and food is ok.  more »
  • Very expensive with prices recently been put up again. CafĂ© also expensive but kids love it plenty to do, the baby/toddler section could do with being extended. Always over crowded and in general the ...  more »

  • Came hear with my family today and my little nephew is autistic they said he had to keep hos socks on but he is only three and dosent understand what they was telling him after aproching the person whom said this all she said was he has to keep his socks on thought they would be a bit more understanding of this but didnt want to know absolutely disgusting
  • Food is a bit disgusting. Parkinrg area stinks. Can easily get busy. If i were you I wouldn't think about going here. If your 10 or above then it will seem really boring. Not Recommended
  • My son can't eat chips asked if they could add a couple extra nuggets on they wanted to charge me full price of another one. Ignored whilst staff member served first. Don't accept card payments obviously fiddling the books. Cost me 30 quid all in by the time I sat down for 2 kids and myself getting something to eat included. Though meals are like burger van food thrown on a plate.
  • Food was overpriced, the panini my friend and I had were still soft , chips overcooked, salad was on the verge of going off so to disguise it the salad was overloaded with vinaigrette dressing. My friend requested a ham and cheese filling to be told they didn't handle ham. Other mums ordered a chicken mayo wrap well let's say the mayo was non existent, another ordered a baked potato to be told when she asked for extra onions it would be 75p per teaspoon. What really annoyed me most was the fact that a staff member was walking around firstly cleaning the lights above tables with a mop, dust falling onto the tables not to be wiped afterwards, a staff member was actually cleaning the soft play equipment whilst the children were running around also the staff member was leaving the cleaning solution hooked onto the safety nets whilst children no older than pre school were playing. May I also add this also happened in the toddler area. I strongly suggest you look at your health and safety manual also ask a risk assessment officer to check the premises as I certainly saw a good few hazards( I am certificated) . I will certainly not be returning .
  • Excellent! Lots of closer soft plays but prefer to travel to this one. Favourite thing about this one is the staff man key points and monitor the kids and make sure the older kids don't trample over the younger ones. Most others places the kids are allowed to run riot.
