  • Amazing golf course, friendly staff, and the best view you'll ever see from a clubhouse. It's one of my all-time favorite tracks.
  • Absolutely superb golf course- far from easy but the views are spectacular
  • Considered by many to be one of the finest courses in all of Scotland. A true links in every sense of the word, having played it in May of 2013 and having sent countless of groups there since, one can only be impressed. Everything from the welcome of the club house to the experience on the links is first class. Arguably the best course north of St Andrews, an original Tom Morris layout which only adds to the allure.
  • We were on one of those trips that gets you onto the Old Course. After the tour, we had three weeks to spend on our own. One of the guys on the trip recommended Cruden Bay. How lucky we were for the recommendation. We had concentrated on courses that had hosted the Open. Cruden Bay really tops all of the other courses that we played: think Prestwick but with lots more vertical gain. You'll play holes unlike any you've ever seen - really a treat. I remember on one round the group ahead let us play through so that they would have more time to take pictures. It's really hard to capture in a picture because of the changing elevations.
  • Typical high quality Scottish links course. Nice clubhouse. Recommended from the menu; Chip Shop Special-deep fried black and white pudding and haggis !!! Well, when in Scotland.....
