  • Cannot fault this place. It's amazing. I spent about 5 hrs there in all. My 3 kids loves it. The otter was lovely and liked to play with the kids following them. Food is not overpriced and the balcony is worth sitting at just for coffee if you prefer. Animals were healthy and enclosures sized well. Has a wide variety of animals and some are free roaming. The hot house has crocs, huge fish. Massive snakes. Outside is spacious and the play area kept my kids busy. Well worth the reasonable entry prices.
  • Great zoo small but was able to go round more than once saw all the animals in different situations. Grandkids had a really good time staff helpful and informative. Animals all looked healthy and content.
  • A small seaside zoo. Inexpensive to get in and the cafe and gift shop are good value for money. The collection is small and this is only a half day trip. Nicely layed out. Great exhibits but not that many of them.
  • Really pleasant little zoo. The animal enclosures are set amongst trees which makes it seem you could be in the Amazon. They clearly care a lot about welfare and the animals all look healthy. Highlights are the big cats and the reptile house. Also good indoor and outdoor play areas make it interesting all day for kids. Admission cost seemed reasonable for what's there.
  • Really cute little zoo. Me and my partner paid £23 admission for the both of us and I feel that this is very good value for a great few hours. The whole place has a very natural and pleasant setting and its obvious that they really care for the welfare of the animals and that they are happy and in good condition, and many of the smaller animals are given freedom around the whole park which is nice to see. Highlights were the big cats and the Spider monkeys and the staff were very knowledgable and able to tell us anything we wanted to know about them. People are saying about the fact that some of the creatures have small enclosures but they seem to be very content and I believe its made up for by the fact that the zoo is very quaint and pretty quiet which probably makes for a healthier and more peaceful environment for them. Definitely worth the admission price, thanks for a great and interesting day out.
