  • The castle is fascinating and atmospheric. Wonderful views. Good stopover if you're following the coastal path.
  • My first visit to the area, being a history fan I wanted to visit the castle. Admittedly it was a blustery wet day for August, and after having paid there is the long walk uphill to the castle. I pers...  more »

  • Nice little castle (ruins). View from the top of the hill are great. There is a climb on the way up and no access for wheelchairs. There is a tiny museum at the bottom. There are no information boards in the castle itself.
  • A lovely place to visit and explore on a sunny day. The views from the hill the castle is situated on are breath taking. Very reasonably priced as well with a small museum to have a wonder round in
  • Fabulous views, very interesting exhibits. A tad pricy, compared to Caernaerfon which is free.
  • Beautiful castle and ruins but I personally think its over priced to walk around. They would get more people paying to go in rather than walking around the outside if the prices were dropped a couple of pounds.
  • Nice old castle. Keep an eye on any little kids as some places could be dengerous fot them.
