  • This used to be such a nice place to go! What an absolute shambles. Severely understaffed, and the ones that they do have are miserable kids that would rather be anywhere else. None of the games work,...  more »
  • Showing it's age and a lack of attention. Could be very nice but seems to have very little spread over a large space and the bowling takes a back seat.  more »
  • Staff food and drink are all appalling and the place is falling to pieces it's a pretty grim place!!!!!!!!!!!  more »

  • Shocking attitude by management. There is honestly not one good thing about this place. The barriers have to be wedged up meaning adults have to use them aswell. The balls wouldn't return had to wait 10mins for someone to sort it out. There was a pin missing despite the technician telling us it was back to 10 pins. The ale and pop is flat. The ticket machines don't work meaning counting all your tickets then to wait for someone to attend to pick your chosen prizes. All in all we spent 40mins out of a family hour waiting for things to be sorted out in the end even the children didn't want to return again. Will not be returning until it's closed down and been refurbished. Shocking how they can take your money knowing full well there are problems on your Lane and all the other lanes aswell!!
  • Had our daughters birthday party here. We had a great time. Staff were lovely and looked after us extremely well. Would recommend.
  • One star is too good for this place but it won't let me score zero. A grubby, crumbling dive. None of the lanes work, the food is terrible (if it arrives at all) and the staff have absolutely no clue what they are doing or the meaning of customer service. Avoid at all costs.
  • Fun, but arcade machines are tired and many are faulty. Bowling equipment is generally in good order. Not enough mid sized bowling balls
  • Basically a youth club for people who still think it's cool to wear North Face raincoats and trousers in the summer.
