  • My kids love this place. We travel 40 minutes to get here. Kitchen staff are really helpful. Food is average bit pricey (with admission it's a £40 trip for one adult 2 under 5) It's a barn but clean. ...  more »
  • Even though the children were told to stop running around they took no notice There should be a separate area for older children other wise the 5 and 6 year olds get trampled Also think it's rather ex...  more »
  • Visited with our 4 children ( 2,6,9,12 ). The cost to get in wasn't bad we paid £27 for all 6 of us which is what I expected if in honest. Still cheaper than most places back home in Oxfordshire. Staf...  more »

  • absurb service, this place tried to charge my 79 year old disabled grandmother just to sit inside. Even though I had a disabled badge it wasn't good enough. Aparently she needed a stick, that was more valid, "she might go in and play" those were his words, unbelievable. Out of pure principle we left, when I ask for the boss he said "im not overriding her and she is on holiday" never I have I met such a jobworth offensive careless worker in my life. Trying to charge me who is 30 and who is not interested in joining kids in soft play was bad enough but to do that to my grandmother takes it too far.
  • First soft play centre I've been to where staff actually enforce the age limit in the under-5's section, so my 2 year old was grateful!
  • Very good kit. Lots for the children to do. A little pricey to get in.
  • Adults pay to enter even if they do not use the equipment. Little for younger children to do. Toys look like they're a job lot from a jumble sale. Cleanliness dubious. Most annoying aspect for me: ordered and paid for over 30 pounds worth of food for our group but had to wait over an hour while the entire kitchen staff sat and had their own lunch a few tables away. Appalled was not the word. In short, it passed an afternoon but we won't be back.
  • Great family fun great drop slide
