Where to stay in Coventry

A stay among the Gothic and Victorian architecture of the city center is within walking distance of the main attractions. Consider a rental room or B&B on the medieval Spon Street or near the canal. Both locations are scenic and conveniently located near the city center. Full of local eateries and shops, the Earlsdon area offers less expensive apartment rentals.

  • Fabulous place. Great for families photographers and fresh air. So many varieties of plants and tree's. A play area for kids The Cafe is nice even the outdoor area good coffee ☕ and cake 🍰 I've not tried the Sunday dinner but it's always booked up so that's a good sign. There's so much more to explore than meets the eye. Free entry in the winter (not sure for how many months)
  • Visit the Stock Pot for superb breakfast and lunches. Great vibe about the place. Fun food and frivolity.
  • It is peaceful during the less busier times. Get a free education about some fruit, veg and other plants.
  • The gardens are well worth a visit, lots of great ideas for different sizes of gardens and planting options. Wonderful array of bees, hoverflies and birds, all in a natural setting.
  • Cafe is nice with reasonable choice of food. Not the cheapest but good is good. Went in winter so gardens obviously not as they normally are but a great place for kids to have a run around for an hour.
