  • Poor from the very first minute you get in. Rude people, rude comments and dirty seats. Waited an age for someone to go and get tea bags whilst in the cafe. I think he must of gone to the local shop w...  more »

  • I have visited Planet Ice with Coventry University Ice Skating Society. Every time I visit, I have had a brilliant time. The staff here are happy and willing to help. They are also friendly and easy to talk to. The rink is well kept and appears to be treated/re-set regularly. Skates are available for hire at the rink for an extra £2 to £3.20 (depending on when you visit. These can be useful when you are new to skating, but these are not very comfortable. If you already have skates, bring you own. There are restaurants in the building too, so you can go and get something to eat if you feel hungry. Pricing varies between £7.50 and £10.30 (also depending on when you visit), but you can pick up a free 'ice card' before you visit to get a £2 discount per person. I would definitely suggest visiting here for skating. I prefer it her to other ice rinks I've been to.
  • Went here to see the ice hockey. There are plenty of food and drink outlets. The views of the rink was 1st class and the atmosphere was tremendous. It's quite a long way from Glasgow to Coventry to go and see a ice hockey match but I definitely plan to go back. If anyone is in the area I would recommend you go along to see the Coventry Blaze is hockey team.
  • Fun and entertainment for young and old. Recommended for anyone looking to test their skating skills or a family day out.
  • Ice could be kept in better condition but it's understandable because it's expensive other then that great place
  • This place is my favourite place to go for a nice relaxing activity. It is very quiet every time I go and the music is at perfect volume. The food is great and the quality of the environment ID exceptional.
