  • Love our local market as it's so diverse. Great choice of fruit and veg and greasy prices. Many selling bowls of fruits or veg for only £1. Always lots of seasonal goods on offer. As well as fruit and veg you can buy fresh herbs, spices, coffee, books, toys, cards, home wares, fabric, curtains, fresh meat and delicatessen items, fresh fish, eggs and much much more. There's a cafe, looks but serves an ok breakfast.. the bacon roll stand however is fantastic run by a very funny man who is a huge football fan.. You can also buy fresh made rolls and amazing pork and stuffing rolls.. The building itself is quite unique. It's a circular market and has been going for nearly 60 years. Year's ago there was a roundabout outside. It's now in the very centre of the market. Well worth a visit if you can..
  • Awesome diversity of goods and services at really good prices. There is even a charity book store with prices from 50p (paperback) to 1£ (hardcover), but sometimes you can buy one and get one free. I found some really interesting books in there some time ago. Really recommend this place!
  • Best award winning market in England for convenient and leisurely shopping, with a broad range of products and excellent prices... Everything you could possibly think of, including a super delicious and efficient cafe... Fruit n'' Veg, Butchers, Fishmongers, Florists, Pet shop, Haberdashery, Ironmongers, Record Shop, Sweetshops, Stationery, Homewares, Arts n' Crafts, Gardening, Sports goods, Key Cutting, Rickshaw hire, Fishing Tackle, Coventry Historical Shop, Health & Beauty, Bookshops, Accessories and Clothes. Plus much much more....
  • Fresh market in town! One single stop for your groceries.
  • A wonderland with a little bit of everything you need. Ed' s Coffe House is fantastic with a wide variety of teas and coffees available to take home and coffees available to be made on the spot

Where to stay in Coventry

A stay among the Gothic and Victorian architecture of the city center is within walking distance of the main attractions. Consider a rental room or B&B on the medieval Spon Street or near the canal. Both locations are scenic and conveniently located near the city center. Full of local eateries and shops, the Earlsdon area offers less expensive apartment rentals.
