  • Reasonably interesting place, but the entrance fee is far too expensive for what is there, and the staff were grumpy and unhelpful. Quite amusing that a place that used to be in the middle of the countryside, is now almost surrounded by the new industrial areas built on the outskirts of Corby.
  • Great hall to see, actually quite a bit also visible from outside paid area. We arrived during rain, and crows and abandoned site created very unique experience. Gardens are huge, and great for picnic (back gardens). Shame to see this place abandoned, I guess the renovation would cost a lot of money Place is not always open, but not all gates are locked!
  • Fantastic place to visit armed with a picnic. Just don't feed the peacocks!
  • Great place to go when you got a spare few hours to kill ..... Audio gadget to walk round with to hear lots of information and history of the house ......
  • Really interesting and we'll worth exploring.
