The Sculpture Trail is open 365 days a year and entry is free. Situated in the beautiful surrounds of the Forest of Dean, on the English/Welsh border in the UK.

The trail features sixteen permanent artworks by internationally acclaimed artists such as David Nash, Magdalena Jetelova, Neville Gabie and more. Temporary events are also programmed.

Access to the Trail is free and is accessed best from Beechenhurst Lodge.

The Trail is maintained via a partnership between the Forestry Commission and a registered charitable Trust that relies on donations and fundraising to commission new artworks for the trail.

  • Walked for 20 minutes and did not see one sculpture felt very cheated so walked back. Parking at £3.50 not cheap 
  • The trails meander through the forest and then Spring a surprise sculpture on you. Very atmospheric and enjoyable
