  • My 7 year old had a brilliant party at jump street. It was my first time to jump street and I was so impressed. All the staff were helpful and friendly. It was spotlessly clean, the cafe facilities were good and the jump area was really well supervised. The organisation of the party was excellent, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The girl who looked after us dealt with everything, even cutting up the cake and wrapping it for me. I loved the wristband that Albie wore to enable him to take videos of him and his friends. Great idea! I will definitely be recommending jump street to friends and can't wait for the one in Chelmsford to open!
  • My daughter had her 7th birthday party at Jump Street Colchester on 09.10.16 and had a great time. All the staff were excellent. Our party host was around the whole time in case either my daughter or I needed her, without being overbearing. Would recommend it to everyone.
  • I went here for a friend's birthday earlier this year. It was great fun and offers a variety of activities including dodge ball, basket ball, doing summersaults onto an air crash mat and a Total Wipeout / Tekkeshi's Castle style jump and duck the spinning rods. The staff were really on the ball which was reassuring with how many children were there. Our group was all adults so I can't comment on how entertaining it is for children. You are given a pair of socks each which have a grippy bottom like slipper socks. These are to stop you slipping on the trampolines. You get to keep these. There is a locker area with coded locks so you don't have to carry a key with you. one of my friends forgot their code and the staff quickly unlocked it for him (and I was impressed they asked him to describe the contents first, a good security measure). There is also a water fountain to quench your thirst in that area. The toilets were the cleanest "public" toilets I've been into in many years. It's best to watch the safety video via their website before you go, because it can be a little hard to hear the audio at the venue.
  • Jump Street Colchester was great fun. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe was reasonably priced and clean. Well worth a visit.
  • A great experience for the whole family. Helpfully, they have a couple drinks machines as it can be quite energetic doing all that bouncing
