  • It is obvious that there is a lot of work to be done and I'm sure there are plans afoot. However we thought the price was a little steep for what is currently there, despite the 1 year pass which is o...  read more »
  • We are visiting the area out of season, weather has not been great so on one of the breaks in rain we set off further afield. In a leaflet we found there was Claythorpe Waterwheel and wildlife. As my ...  read more »
  • Absolutely love this place, so very peaceful. Love feeding the various birds and fish, a lot of the birds will feed out of your hands, the owls that are there have been injured and are being looked af...  read more »
  • This is a place I regularly visit with family and friends. The fact that you buy a ticket that allows you entrance for the whole year is a brilliant idea. Also the food is great, when you think you have just ordered a sandwich and when it arrives you have a large plate served to you with a great deal on it then you realise what great value for money it is! This is a place where work is still in progress but that aside, it is ideal for relaxing among the scenery and birds that wander around. The owners are very welcoming and always say hello, the staff are very attentive too. Ideal for those who don't demand anything more than a peaceful visit in relaxing surroundings. I love this place!
  • Had a lovely afternoon walking around the park, we enjoyed feeding the fish and birds. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lunch in the tea room was fabulous, food was fresh and I believe most of it was local! Definitely worth a visit. We will be using our annual pass to visit again. Visited May 2016
  • A very disappointing place. Came with grandson who is 6 there are only a few birds most of which you an see in any park. Place is very run down. We're hoping to spend a couple of hours and have lunch but even taking it slowly we could only manage half hour! Play equipment is also neglected and possibly danergorous. Did not eat as felt ripped of enough. Don't waste time or money visiting go to park it's much cheaper!
  • Lovely, quiet, retreat and great food, lovely staff.
  • A wonderful afternoon out, very helpful when catering to allergies!
