  • Lovely place to take the kids. Lush play area with slide, swings and sand pit. Beautiful lake to walk around. If it's nice you can grab an ice cream from the café,think it's £2 a scoop. Parking is free but limited.
  • Such a nice place to visit, even better if you like taking pictures like i do. Think its my new favourite place 🙂
  • Brikacre/Yarrow Valley park is an excellent place to relax on a summers day. The kiddies play park is excellent with plenty of room and a variety of apparatus. If you follow the paths to the far end of the park you will find a river weir, which is worth a visit. I have seen a wide variety of wildlife along the river which included Kingfishers! The parking is free and there is a cafe to get a coffee and a sandwich!
  • A thoroughly enjoyable place to visit. Some easy Lakeside walks, scenery and wildlife. Recommended.
  • It's a nice place for a tranquil walk around the lake with good footpaths. The play area is great for kids too.
