  • Love nipping to botany bay for abit of lunch, a brew or just a look around the small stalls... my girls think the ice-cream/pancake place is amazing!!

  • Multiple levels of a wide range of goods to browse and purchase ranging from some nice bespoke home ware to lots of tat. The Christmas displays had just opened on the top floor (at the end of September - wow it gets earlier every year!) and were presented with many special decorative areas done very well. Plenty of opportunity to sit drinking coffee if you choose to. There is ample car parking but the parking areas could do with some attention with massive pot holes and little drainage.
  • Botany Bay is great; nice big play area for the kids to tire them out, couple of nice places to eat and the place is huge, full of stuff you want but might not need and full of stuff you just want... just be aware the higher up in the building you go the warmer it seems to get so be prepared to take layers off!
  • Good place to visit if you are in the process of re-styling your old or new home. You find here furniture and accessories to suit all styles. From branded goods to discounted goods to fit many pockets.
  • Different look now than when I last visited. More modern and vintage stuff and layout more spacious. Like the gardening section. Cafes don't seem very popular not many customers on the day (weekday).
  • There's a little bit of everything under one roof. You can spend a good bit of time here! Kids have a great place to play which is worth paying for. Garden centre outside. Local produce in mini shops and caf├ęs on first floor with a large look around area for the kitchen at the back. Then upstairs or lift to furniture with local products too. Up to stairs/lift to clothing large area with many reduced prices. Up again to haberdashery, hobbies and collectors stalls. Up to seasonal floor and cafe with bar. Toilets available for all. I found not every map tells you what's available on the floor and I came across a gluten and dairy free handmade food and drinks unit on the ground floor which I nearly missed.
