  • Beautiful, easy to access gardens. Most, if not all, of the gardens is accessible by wheelchair or mobility scooter. Dogs allowed. Great place to bring the whole family. The cafe gets very crowded at times, but the food is great.
  • Beautiful, well kept gardens. Good walk. Interesting shop and lovely restaurant with outside seating. Easy access via car or bus from Chichester. West Dean school offers various creative classes and talks.
  • I visit whenever I need a calm and peaceful place just to be. The two and a half mile walk round part of the estate is well worth the effort although the path back down is very slippy if it's been raining. Although tranquil it is an energising environment being surrounded by so much creativity. I just wish the courses at the college were more affordable.
  • Simply stunning. A perfect landscape to enjoy with a fine walled garden and a pleasant restaurant. Worth visiting each season.
  • Really enjoyed the easter trail and all they put on for the kids. Lovely gardens.
