  • Crap in every conceivable way imaginable Hours wait for a lane. Poor attitude from staff. In the end I left without actually bowling
  • Do I didn't actually go because I rang in advance to book 2 games for my autistic son. I was told that there was a 1 hour wait. I explained that my son has issues with waiting and could I put hi name ...  more »
  • I used to go here quite regularly when I lived close by, but today I could see that its lost its sparkle. The place just needs a upgrade in all areas.

  • Just avoid this place poorly ran, depressed atmosphere, most of the balls are damaged and the pin systems are very bad, you will have missing pins throughout most of your game. If you have a problem with your game or if you are not happy about anything they give you a voucher to come back and bowl another time ha what a joke! This really does not deserve 1 star go to Bowlplex instead.
  • I went with my family to play a game at MFA Bowl and how very disappointed I was with my visit. On quite a few occasions, the pins were not automatically picked up and the computer screen when wrong a few times. We were moved to another alley but play did not go any better so we had a word with the Manager (I assumed) asking for a refund but were told that they were not allowed to give money back. Of course we argued and then asked for the address of the company and again was told that they were not allowed to give out that information. The Manager suggested that we send an e.mail if were disatisfied. Everything was very slipshod about the place, including the fact that we could use our own shoes "as long as they were flat and not open toed" although I saw someone playing wearing boots with a heel.
  • This place is in desperate need of a renovation, it's looking very shabby in places, especially the floors and carpet, but didn't stop us having a great evening and the staff were very friendly and helpful
  • Went here after a movie hoping to have a few drinks and casually bowl with a friend. First found out that the bar was out of cider and drastically overpriced on cocktails. Then was told there was a policy that required the bumpers be down unless you are 12 or under or "special needs." This was a tad frustrating as I just wanted to casually bowl, not have it feel competitive. Everything felt outdated, but mostly clean (the balls were nasty though). I can see myself coming back if I've had a few and was killing time, but if I wanted to have fun bowling I'm avoiding this place.
  • Came with 12 people so booked 2 lanes next 2 each other, both lanes kept breaking down which was quite annoying however everytime I went to complain at the desk the lady behind the desk couldn't be more apologetic & got it sorted straight away but we did leave a bit disappointed..
