  • Really good and interesting Roman site. There are some impressive floor mosaics from one of the wings floors, all under cover along with some well kept reconstructed Roman gardens and a nice small museum. There is a hall with a very instructive video which explains the history of the palace and how it was found. Also a shop and a cafe . Staff and very friendly and happy to help. Well worth a visit.
  • Excellent experience. Ticket give repeat admissions for 12 Months. Very informative tour by excellent, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. You must do the tour otherwise you miss so much background info though.
  • A very good day out, lovely weather, the guide was very good told you everything you wanted to know about the palace and very pleasant and polite,it was a very enjoyable time I and my friends would go again, the little cafe was very good and staff were very polite and friendly, plenty of room in car park and a nice open space for kids to play.on downside the staff at the entrance were talking very loud and I drown out the guide talk on palace.don't get me wrong they loud.but were pleasant .
  • Very interesting museum, fascinating mosaics. I was surprised by the size of the site. The garden was very interesting. The kids enjoyed the hands on activities.
  • I was a volunteer who 'dug' here in the summer of 1966, so to return and visit Fishbourne once more was truly wonderful - the site and palace are magnificent, all the hard work was worth it! What a well laid out site, mosaics, gardens, and evocative atmosphere!
