  • We went for a Thomas Event, not much food options available and not much indoor seating available, the food was over priced and not very tasty. If the weather was good I would have packed our own lunch. The trains only go on one track which meant VERY short rides on each train and lots of waiting. The miniature railway was good though. My 4 year old enjoyed it but it's not worth the money unless your child REALLY enjoys Thomas. Especially as there was only 3 event trains - Thomas, Daisy and Percy
  • Thomas Day Out event was enjoyed by all ages in our family. With plenty to do to keep the children occupied. Staff were friendly yet professional and had time to talk. Great day out.
  • Thomas the tank engine day. Good to wear little ones out. If you have an interest in E.A. railways probably as a commuter. The museum is interesting.
  • Pricey but the kids liked it. Little souvenir shop on the way in and the way out as they've hemmed you in with a fence. There is a little park here too although it quite a walk from the entrance. Lots to see though. Miniature railway too although it wasn't open when we were there.
  • Great half day visit for families, llots of hands on stuff for kids. Kids run the EARM is also a great experience, booking required on certain dates only.
