  • This is a lovely little place that doesn't deserve the 2 terrible reviews I've just seen. We came here for lunch and had a baguette each followed by a scone. The baguettes were really nice (and warm which we didn't expect) and the scones were to die for! I admit the prices are a little on the high side, but I think worth it overall. The range of jams and chutneys available in the shop is impressive and we bought a few to take home with us which have gone down very well with family! To answer 1 review in particular: no, they don't allow dogs here. This is nothing to do with any part of the jam or honey making process (or a hatred of canines for that matter!), it is because they own 3 rather beautiful Siamese cats who wouldn't take kindly to being chased around by a dog. This is their home as well as their business and I don't think it is unfair of them to make this sort of request.
  • Wonderful little find on a drive around Anglesey. The cream tea is divine!!
  • What an utter disgrace! Which dog murderer put the website for this place together telling dogs owners to leave their dogs in the car in this heat? I was planning to visit whilst on holiday, but if this is the sort of welcome dog owners get in the first line of their website, then I'll not bother. I've been to other honey farms in Wales who have welcomed dogs, so I know dogs aren't a pest to bees. Must be a personal vendetta against man's best friend to suggest they be left in a car shaped oven? This page has been shared on Facebook so other dog owners know what sort of welcome they get!
  • I cannot share the comments of lovely tea. It was a normal tea nothing more nothing less. In the shop they had a good assortment but no prices and nobody to help. The only person whom we saw was irate at telling people to stay off the displays of cars and telling us that the EU was to blame for him not being able to show people around. Quite a negative experience.
  • Lovely place to visit albeit a bit remote if you are walking as we were. We walked from Cemaes Bay and this meant walking on some of the nearby single car roads which was a bit hair-rasing, but when you get back on the coastal path, it is just fabulous. We bought some of the most incredible Lemon & Orange curd I have ever tasted from here. Pleasant little cafe too, bit eye-watering the prices though, £6.50 for a Ham or Cheese Sandwich we thought was a bit steep. Cream tea would probably have been better value for money.
