  • A fantastic view - well worth the steep climb up. Our 7 year old loved it. It is a ruin but you can climb into the tower up a staircase.
  • A really interesting visit to a historical site, with amazing views of the local area. A steep walk in places and lots of steps but well worth it.

  • Short steep climb, great views. Our 2 year old son loved it! Took sandwiches and had a picnic looking out over the amazing views.
  • I extremely enjoyed my time at Peveril Castle the other day, the grass was green and the earthly breeze swept up my nose and gave me the sense of life. I will never forget my time here with my beautiful fianceĆ©, i am glad i prepared some cheese and pickle sandwhiches to nibble on whilst I strolled up the Castle. I am extremely happy to have had a cheeky peek at the sunset, the moon eventually rose from its sleep and i managed to gaze up at the stars noticing the view was brilliant. although the amount of money we had to pay for a taxi to the closest hospital was dreadful. i wont be letting my fianceĆ© up the hill as he tumbled and thumbled rolling down the hill. i laughed until my sides hurt but the old woman did not appreciate my giggles. Thank you for an eventful evening ;)
  • Steep path up to the castle but well worth the effort. The views are great. Pooch loved it
