At Diggerland, you can enjoy over 15 different thrilling rides. While this site looks modest from the outside, it's full of new challenges. Learn to drive and operate real JCB diggers. During your visit, test your driving skills on the dump trucks, find buried treasure, dig a hole using the giant dirt diggers, take in the views from the sky shuttle, and so much more. If you don’t care to drive, try out the Diggerland train or super track. Activities for children are also available. The little ones can enjoy a digger sandpit, pedal power tractors, and an indoor ball pit. The attraction also has refreshment stands and picnic areas if you get hungry. Took my son and partners son. Fab place to go. Kids loved it but because of height restrictions my 2 year old was not able to go on quite a few of the rides which was a shame. Food ok at the cafe. Once my son has grown more will return again for sure.
This is absolutely the best place ever if you have little kids and want to entertain them for a nice sunny day!
Great fun for all ages, full size equipment which.children can operate!
Can't stress enough how disappointed we were in this "Great Theme Park" as advertised on their website. We have a 2 and a half yr old son who's big passion at the moment is all things digger and tractor related. When we initially read the website, it said that he would be free as he was under 90cm, we had him stood flat foot and shoeless when we measured him that morning!! When we arrived at the pay desk, he was measured again and the young girl on the till deemed him to be tall enough to have to pay, ADULT rate!! As much as we were disgusted at this ridiculous price hike, I couldn't have disappointed my son by telling him after seeing all the diggers from afar that we were now going to leave having hyped him up all morning about it telling him he could go on all the diggers! We VERY reluctantly paid our entry fee, which for a family of 3 was just short of £60!! After paying the fee, the till operative then informed us that our son would only be able to go on a handful of rides as he needed to be 120 - 170cm for most of the rides in the park!! WHAT!!! I could appreciate some of the "older" rides requiring a height restriction but this was getting absurd now. We walked out of the shop area and into the park. The first thing our son saw was some little hand manoeuvrable diggers that picked sand up and scooped it aside. Fab, we thought, as he ran towards it, eyes beeming "digger daddy, look digger, I do it". Er no... sorry son you can't do it as there is a £2 charge for this. Now i'm not being tight but it has just cost me £60 to get in! And knowing it is a theme park as such, I hadn't taken any cash because generally thing like the cafe's and shop you can pay by plastic therefore why would you need the cash? I hadn't even taken a handbag!! As we walked around the park there were more and more things that our son either couldn't go on because he was too small, or couldn't go on because it needed extra cash. I couldn't even look around the park and think, oh yeah, I can see why they charge such extortionate prices - the café was unclean, the food was barely edible. The grounds of the park weren't exciting. All in all it was a terrible experience and one I'd never repeat. I'd certainly NEVER recommend it to any one !!!
You will enjoy your day.. fun filled for the family..... every one will enjoy..there is a bit for everyone. Kids to adults. It is a different experience
