  • Wow. Great site wonderful day trip and walking site. Amazing what humans can do by shovel and bucket. These trenches Gotta be 50 feet deep.
  • A good example of a motte and bailey castle, recommend heading to the priory just down the road for more information on the history of the location.
  • A fun and free place to take in some history, views and exercise!
