  • Often wondered what this huge centre was going to be like as we passed by on motorway. Wonder no more...... overpriced and food decidedly average. Tuna mayonnaise and cucumber sandwich £5.99 served on...  more »
  • Before I came here I checked the times and it said 7.30pm. No restrictions mentioned. When I got to door I was told they are closed!!!! And they will reopen at 6pm. I am so angry because it is raining. I got to the car only to see that 6pm is in 15minutes!!! Grere. I am upset as he should have said they will reopen soon. I got WET and angry and I didn't have to be :-(
  • Nice choice of plants bit pricey but good quality. Nice coffee shop. Good food hall. Great fruit and veg store outside. Lots of furniture bbqs and even a craft shop downstairs. Nice for a visit.
  • Good place for a stop off, loads of items for the garden, pets, your tea at night and oh clothes if your over 60!! Items are generally pricey compared to your local garden centres. Their is a play area for the kids which is great if your 4 to 10.
  • Good selection of gardening equipment, plants, patio building etc. Lovely beech and pine dining furniture. Brilliant locally produced food hall. Patio and conservatory furniture. Some soft furnishings and household decorations. Books, cards etc. Good cafeteria with freshly made food.
  • visited today with my mum, was very disappointed. Whilst waiting to order food the lady was very abrupt, no signs of a smile or friendly approach, then whilst waiting in line, you could see through the hatch into what i can only describe as a kitchen that a bomb had been dropped in, maybe you should keep the hatch shut or clear the area that can be seen by the public. Tables in the restaurant where covered in dirty dishes and the staff had not enough time to clear them quick enough. The restaurant manager I felt didn't lead by examples, if you want the staff to be friendly and approachable it should come from the top, A smile costs nothing, she should try it sometime. The customer service I felt could be improved massively, a friendly smile, hello how are you, have you found what you needed anything that would give customers the feeling that they are welcome, not rocket science really. Maybe management should remember that happy staff makes a happy place as well as happy customers, after all no customers means no job. I will say the young man in the cafe Eden despite being run off his feet still managed a smile, and happy to help. Management could learn a thing or two from him. I witness someone from the bakery helping someone to choose accompaniments to have with their pork, whilst the shop staff just seemed to keep walking past. Come on Guys beautiful area to live nice products, get customer service and staff moral sorted.
