Energi Trampoline Park reviews

Came today and was quite unhappy, while we were let in despite thinking we would be made to wait for the next hour slot - being 5 minutes to the next opening session; the facilities and standards have been falling. All together I counted 4 staff on the actual trampoline floor, one on the white trampoline, one alternating between the inflatable mat and inflatable slide and the other 2 walking around mainly towards the entrance to the facilities. There was a large number of children as it was mid day, so there were many crossing over trampolines that people were already occupying, and with not a lot of staff, this was not resolved until near the end of the hour session. The crash mat appeared to have a square piece of material covering a section that was secured with only duct tape, and was right in the centre of where children land when jumping of the “tower”. The “jungle” type race course was out of order so there were a lot of children in this area unsupervised. As well as along the climbing wall, where children were just throwing themselves into the foam blocks and sitting there in the way of climbers. This are also was quite low with foam blocks, so when using, I could feel the bottom of the pit when I fell. The two wall machines that include colourful dots was broken, with almost all of the LED’s not working apart from one, on each pad. The hoop for the basket ball part has become frayed and has clearly been partially fixed using duct tape. Worse of all, none of the fans were on overhead of the trampolines, however were in the cafe above. I would like to thank the member of staff who catered to my injured family member and provided information to follow up leaving the centre. I have always been aware that the price is high for a small family and the trampolines have always been hard and not bouncy but this really didn’t make me want to come back any time soon
Great place for fun once you get in. Apparently, when there are over 30 people in the queue the staff on duty don't think they need to open another of the three tills so people can get in on time. No disability access to the cafe for my five year old daughter who has cerebral palsy so she cannot watch her brother and sister bounce. Other than that great place to go for my other children.
Lots of fun for all the family. Great exercise! Cafe offers a good range of food and drinks at reasonable prices.
Good for getting children out and active. A bit pricey though. And please check what you are happy to sign that electronic waiver form; Energi basically gets you to sign your rights away in a waiver, they take absolutely no responsibility if anything untoward happens to your child whilst there, ....and company/staff negligence or faulty equipment will be difficult to prove. Very clever company!
Was great fun and enjoyed my trip there, the staff were friendly and welcoming apart from when I got off the side 😂😝
