  • I visited superbowl with some work friends on a Monday night. We paid for two games of bowling- these games usually take around 20-30 minutes each but it took over 2 1/2 hours as the machinery kept breaking and we had to wait for them to fix it. The pins kept falling over, they didn't reset properly and you couldn't bowl properly as the floor was really sticky (think like a cheap nightclub at 3am). We spoke to the staff each time the machinery malfunctioned but they didn't seem too bothered by it, none of them seemed to smile at customers and none of them seemed to know please or thank you. One told us malfunctions happen all day every day?! Apparently the machinery has never worked since it was installed and certain lanes have problems that everyone who plays on them is victim to. We finally got to the last few frames of the second game and the screen reset and lost all of our scores. The rest of our game was cancelled but all the supervisor told us we'd used up our credit and offered no apology or refund. There is a reason they have such a bad reputation- don't be fooled by the cheap prices. Poor service.
  • I brought 6 kids n 2 adults, we were disgusted with the one girl at the counter with the eyebrows.. Her customer service skills are none as she was awfully rude when we complained about lane not working.. After about half hour they finally moved us and that lane messed up so we asked for out money back.. I found the staff standing around the bar not really up to much just chatting away together.. I will not be taking my kids back there at all..
  • We've previously had a lot of fun here, however last time we were moved lanes 5 times due to balls and pins getting jammed. It then took them 20 minutes to get us a refund.
  • A good little alley. Had a fun time here and will probably come again.
  • Incompetent and rude staff. In addition to poor functionality of the actual bowling alley itself. Everything is off with this place. Avoid at all cost.
