  • The way it is run is ridiculous. We go every Monday for a work event and have always had the same issue of not being allowed to book before 8pm. What you get by this is a 2-3 hour wait based on the fact that you will not get done in order but in your lane. So it isn't first come first serve. It's just a way for them to drive all the waiting people to the bar so that they can charge for overpriced beer. We wouldn't mind as much but the bar area is always messy and never cleared away until someone decides to clear it away, whenever they aren't busy resetting the lanes that continually break down and miss set pins. Finally had enough of this place. Just pay the extra cash and go to Hollywood Bowl.
  • Absolutely stank of raw sewage where the balls came out by the lanes. The young male staff member was friendly and helpful but the place needs a boost of something looks tired and literally smelly
  • Had great fun re living my childhood playing Laser Quest with my wife and her little brother and sister. The staff were friendly, but there was a terrible odour about the place! Not sure what was causing it, but it was a little off putting and I wouldn't want to spend a long time in there!
  • Downstairs in the plaza, this large space houses a full bowling alley, small arcade/gaming area, and old fashioned laser quest. Went on a team building day and had so much fun!
  • It's an alright place to go for a quick game or two. However, there is no excuse to ruin that. Many times have the machines got confused and knock over pins or ignore inputs. I don't even want to order food when I saw the "2" rating for kitchen hygiene.
