  • A beautiful park, boating lake and botanical garden. A must visit for people new to Cardiff as well as those who already live there. A great place to feed the ducks or simply stroll around and watch the boaters. Family friendly, there is place to picknick, grab an icecream and play on the slides. Ideal times are late evening or mid morning, even good for an early morning walk to collect your thoughts before a hard days work. Definitely recommended!
  • Great scenic views and peaceful location
  • Iv been going to Roath park since I was a small child, grandparent live very close by. It's always been a lovely and extremely beautiful place to explore and. Going for a walk, boating on the lake, cafe (which i went to today and had food, whuxh was delicious as always) feeding the ducks, geese and swans, getting an ice cream, taking the children to the park, walking in the gardens full of beautiful flowers. My favourite part has always been the greenhouse, so beautiful. Grandfather took us for many years to feel the coy carp, terrapins and two ducks. Still go regularly. Only £2 entry for adults. Absolutely love this place. Will post pictures x
