  • This was the Cardiff International Arena - now sponsored by Motorpoint. I'm afraid I have no idea who they are, and oddly I noticed no information about the sponsor at the venue apart from a big logo ...  read more »
  • I agree with the recent review concerning bottles of water being taken off persons entering the arena. The same thing happened to my wife and I. I saw no notices, as you do at airports, listing so cal...  read more »
  • We were pleased with the seats we had and enjoyed the show. What I didn't like was the fact that I was told I couldn't take my bottle of water into the arena. I could understand that alcohol and the l...  read more »
  • Bill Bailey was incredible. He is one of the most talented, intelligent , funny people I have ever seen in a show He had us laughing from the minute he came on stage and until he left I would thoroughly recommend you seeing it. His musical talent is immense. He also likes rock music and gets the whole audience singing an iconic ACDC song , priceless Thank you Bill for one of the best nights out we have ever had, you are one of a kind !
  • Overall a good venue for watching live music. It's a good place to see big bands, in a smaller-than-usual setting. I saw the Who and the Libertines here in recent years, and it's fair to say this was a much smaller an intimate venue than you'd get on the rest of their respective tours.
  • Great venue, lots of nearby parking and places to go for food and drinks. Surrounded by hotels for easy access if required after an event. The venue is quite small but it has a lot of atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and I enjoy every event I go to here
  • Despite having attended gigs at the Motorpoint area for around 13 years, it unfortunately hasn't changed at all and now is looking more than a little tired in among the newer buildings to have risen up in the city centre. Poor audio seems to be a constant issue and the interior looks more like a school assembly hall than one of the bigger concert halls in the Welsh capital. It's unfortunate as Cardiff could really use another venue of it's size to attract better acts that aren't quite big enough for the Principality Stadium.
  • I love the venue seen loads of gigs here and it's the best you see your faves up close and personal. The prodigy by far the best. 🙋
