  • Great experience with my partner who is an avid Doctor Who fan. You go through a story as part of the experience, sorry can't spoil it for you. Then you see exhibits from the beginning to the current ...  more »
  • A recommended for fans of Dr. WHO, even if the start is in English the animations are excellent and the magical Museum. In addition Cardiff is to visit for fans of pretty pictures to do.

  • Cheap entry fee, good exhibit after the live action half of the attraction. Only let down was the sound quality during the live action half. Could barely hear the tour guide / actor at times. Mic drop...  more »

  • Fantastic experience with enthusiastic and helpful staff who go out of their way to make the whole experience as fun as possible. My 10 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Jamie, 'The Mummy/ Ood' who went out of his way to ensure that my son's visit was perfect!
  • Easy to get to on foot from Cardiff station. About half hour walk through pleasant surroundings. Very well signposted. Number 6 bay car runs to the DWE every 13 mins or so in the day and is cheap. I paid £1.80 single fare to come back. Very friendly staff. Great interactive attraction. Fab exhibits and the lighting was great for taking photos without a flash. Good choice of snacks and drinks. Clean toilets, helpful staff and everywhere was clean and tidy. Upgraded merchandise packs are good value. Great stocked shop.
  • Great experience for the kids and they loved the "Experience". However all 3 of my children (aged 8yrs,10yrs and 10yrs) thought it was over all too quickly. I have to agree. There are key times where I felt the experience was rushed through and shorter than expected. Maybe it was a busy time? The museum was really good and there is plenty to see. Café didn't have much left when we came out but again this could just be because it was busy. Overall I think 4/5 is a good day out and walking round Cardiff seeing some of the Torchwood locations delighted the children.
  • Very expensive and very short. Might be OK for those under 10 but for adults it needs to be longer and offer a bit more. The "food area" is a bit "low end". The best part is seeing the costumes. It could be massively better with a bit more work and some more "rooms".
  • This was a great experience been a Doctor Who fan for many years. This was the high lite of my trip to the UK. Interactive part of the tour was great. Displays were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my camera low battery's and one of the staff approached me and asked if they could help. They found me some new battery's no cost to me so i could continue to enjoy my day at Doctor Who. I was there on September 14th/2016
