  • I'm a bit of a doctor who nerd but I don't think you'd need to be, the interactive first half of he experience you are not allowed to photograph but you wouldn't have time to anyway as you're too busy...  more »
  • I myself am not a Dr. Who fan, had accompanied my brother (ardent fan) but like to to this exhibition. I found it entertaining, my brother was (and sustainable) excited. There's an interactive part (especially for children) and an extensive exhibition. Entrance price high, attached souvenir shop offers almost everything the fan heart desires. Arrival is somewhat tedious. Conclusion: for fans not necessarily a must for non-fans

  • Attended the tour and the exhibition this week and for saying I'm not a huge Whovian I really enjoyed it! My partner was desperate to come here (this was why we decided to come to cardiff rather than ...  more »

  • Fantastic experience with enthusiastic and helpful staff who go out of their way to make the whole experience as fun as possible. My 10 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Jamie, 'The Mummy/ Ood' who went out of his way to ensure that my son's visit was perfect!
  • Easy to get to on foot from Cardiff station. About half hour walk through pleasant surroundings. Very well signposted. Number 6 bay car runs to the DWE every 13 mins or so in the day and is cheap. I paid £1.80 single fare to come back. Very friendly staff. Great interactive attraction. Fab exhibits and the lighting was great for taking photos without a flash. Good choice of snacks and drinks. Clean toilets, helpful staff and everywhere was clean and tidy. Upgraded merchandise packs are good value. Great stocked shop.
  • Great experience for the kids and they loved the "Experience". However all 3 of my children (aged 8yrs,10yrs and 10yrs) thought it was over all too quickly. I have to agree. There are key times where I felt the experience was rushed through and shorter than expected. Maybe it was a busy time? The museum was really good and there is plenty to see. Café didn't have much left when we came out but again this could just be because it was busy. Overall I think 4/5 is a good day out and walking round Cardiff seeing some of the Torchwood locations delighted the children.
  • Very expensive and very short. Might be OK for those under 10 but for adults it needs to be longer and offer a bit more. The "food area" is a bit "low end". The best part is seeing the costumes. It could be massively better with a bit more work and some more "rooms".
  • This was a great experience been a Doctor Who fan for many years. This was the high lite of my trip to the UK. Interactive part of the tour was great. Displays were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my camera low battery's and one of the staff approached me and asked if they could help. They found me some new battery's no cost to me so i could continue to enjoy my day at Doctor Who. I was there on September 14th/2016
