  • My daughter (11) and me went here for 2-3 hours. There was a queue out the door to get in but this moved pretty quickly. Once we got in we noted that the changing area was nice and clean (helped by th...  more »
  • The leisure pool itself is usually very good and my grandchildren enjoy it. However, the floor tiles around the pool are always very slippery and especially so on those areas which have a gentle slope...  more »

  • I went to see Tom having been recommended by my Sister in Law (because Tom had helped her and her whole family over this year). I thought that my issue wasn't enough to worry about but Tom found out exactly what was wrong and in 7 sessions, had put me straight. I am blown away by how this was possible and also how quick and experienced Tom was in finding and sorting the issues. It's life changing. On top of that, Tom was very clear about how many sessions I would need and I never felt like he was just saying that I needed a further session when I didn't. He is totally professional, experienced and I would recommend him to anyone.
  • Me and my dad are staying in a hotel and this was the furthest we've had to travel to get somewhere. I don't really care about the distance, I'm just adding it as it counts as petrol money. First of all the changing room floors weren't very clean and had bits of fluff and strands of hair allover. Part of is probably the "no shoes in changing rooms" rule isn't being followed and monitored by staff. Second of all, the slides close at 7 o'clock witch is acceptable but the fact that EVERY SINGLE THING was closed except the main pool wich isn't that big. And the worst part was that there was a large group of around 10 men who where probably in their early 20's TAKING OVER the pool. And by the way, me and my dad weren't the only ones bothered. I'm pretty sure everyone was. Oh and can I just mention; THE LIFEGUARDS LITERALLY JUST SAT THERE NOT GIVING A S**T ABOUT THESE STUPID PEOPLE. Also I'm pretty sure they were mean to some kids aswell. The whole thing totally ruined our last night. Wouldn't recommend. 😬😤
  • The Tuning Room has changed my life. Best I've felt for 2 years. They don't just treat the symptoms like most chiropractors, they treat the cause. Best money I've ever spent! PJ, Cardiff
  • Always a great place to take kids, the flumes are fantastic and it's great value. Busy on weekends but never usually feels overcrowded.
  • Love this place whenever we are in Wales. Great for kids and for a proper swim where the water isn't boiling
