  • One of my pubs usual when I pass in Canterbury. Warm atmosphere, Honourable kitchen. Good beers, well served.

  • Close to the main entrance of Canterbury cathedral is the lovely old buttermarket. A great place to sit and relax and admire the old architecture and local shops.
  • This part of Canterbury is really beautiful and characteristic ... here is pleasant to have a walk.

  • Friendly stuff and good pub food. Great selection of beers. Pricy due to localization.
  • Friendly staff but the food wasn't very good. More of a family place for a quick bite
  • Helpful staff who kindly made me a vegan option by replacing the cheese in the vegetable burger with hummus. Would have liked for the option to be available on the menu.
  • Post graduation meal, very disappointed especially as the place was recommended to us, poor food, slow service however pleasant front of house staff.
  • Its a cosy and traditional feeling pub, with big screen TV if you like your sports. Some interesting beers on tap including one of my favourites that I haven't seen outside of London. Outside seating in the good weather too, right in the middle of Canterbury with views of the monument and entrance to the cathedral.
