  • This is the main place to get facts on the Roman prescence in Canterbury. As well as the guided town walk.
  • Nice museum! Especially we liked the archeological site integrated into the museum. Also, foe children there is a nice touch and try section at the end of the visit.
  • Small museum atmosphere, we were the only ones there so it was easy to read all the text. With a crowd, I imagine it would be a bit of a challenge. If you take the city walking tour, you get a discount on admission.
  • Not an awful lot here, though the uncovered mosaic is well worth a look. Best to visit on a Wednesday and get their £10 ticket that covers both this and the Heritage Museum, which has a bit more to it.
  • Simply amazing. This is the Roman Empire.
  • Interesting but at £8 a person its ridiculously over priced. Filled an hour none the less, shame it wasnt raining at the time.
