  • This is pretty neat. After German bombed Canterbury in WWII the ruins were discovered. You can actually see the actual tile road that was laid during Roman times. Pretty neat. It is a small museum but...  more »
  • Fantastic place to visit, the History of Roman Canterbury all in one fantastic easy to access building .

  • Nice museum! Especially we liked the archeological site integrated into the museum. Also, foe children there is a nice touch and try section at the end of the visit.
  • Small museum atmosphere, we were the only ones there so it was easy to read all the text. With a crowd, I imagine it would be a bit of a challenge. If you take the city walking tour, you get a discount on admission.

  • A rather old school museum that needs updating.
  • Not an awful lot here, though the uncovered mosaic is well worth a look. Best to visit on a Wednesday and get their £10 ticket that covers both this and the Heritage Museum, which has a bit more to it.
