  • Fantastic museum run by volunteers. I have been twice now, and still have not managed to see everything in there. It is simply amazing the amount of exhibits to see, and everything is authentic. Parking is free, and a warm welcome awaits you. As a WW2 historian it is second to none, completely absorbing in it's simplicity and no frills, I cannot wait for my third visit. Well done Cornwall.
  • The museum was brilliant, it was restored by some very knowledgeable people and it's a great place to take a family of all ages to be apart of English history. A definite 5 stars and a massive thumbs up 👍. But! If you want to do the airfield tour you have to book that a week in advance.
  • Really great place to visit! So much history in one place. Our 10 year old really enjoyed it. It didn't take us long to get round the whole thing (about an 1.5 hrs max) and one of the hangers was closed, but that didn't ruin the day. The team / volunteers were very welcoming and friendly too. Only given 4 stars as whilst I know this is operated mainly through volunteers the cafe facilities weren't the best.
  • Great little place to kill a few hours. Good displays and collections to be seen. Very interesting displays to look at and read. Fairly cheap entry £10 pp.
  • Fabulous place with plenty to see. Really enjoyed coming back. So much has been done in the last few years since our last visit. And thoroughly enjoyed lunch at the Hilltop Cafe well worth the detour. Thanks for the recommendation. See you all when we come again. 😊
