  • For a store appealing to girls and women on a global scale this place could do with hiring some Asian/Black floor staff . Very backward compared to the London counterpart. Been visiting past 10 years ...  more »

  • Very nice, easy to spend your money and max out your credit card, feeling safe and very clean environment including free to use toilets. I would advise to go around 10.00am and leave around 13.00 (weekend) as the town gets really busy with Japanese tourists. They are all lovely, but everywhere .)
  • If you like shopping arcades with chain shops. This is right up your street. If that is what you think hell will be like when you arrive, then welcome to infernal damnation. Lots of choice. Lots of convenience. Easy to park. It's awful to think that this area used to be a collection of shops like the shambles in York. Sigh. 60s planners have a lot to answer for.
  • The Grand Arcade is such an improvement on what was there before. It has improved the shopping experience in central Cambridge considerably. Parking costs are also quite reasonable if you're just there for a few hours.
  • Clean bright and airy a decent selection of shops. I like how it opens onto various streets. It could have more public seating and planting to make it a bit more special.
  • Wide range of shops. Bright clean place. Highlights fore include John Lewis, Tesla and the Apple shop.
