  • A must see stop when in Cambridge but please respect it's purpose. A short drive out of the City, limited parking so I'd advise that you'd take in as part of the City bus tour. Take time to wander through the exceptionally well kept cemetery. a must do is to view the beautiful church both on the inside, and the large map on the outside of the Southern wall. It will give an insight to the efforts of the generation that made the ultimate sacrifice. A small bit of the English countryside, a gift from the University if Cambridge to our allies that will be forever American.
  • Interesting place to visit. The graveyard is pretty impressive and the visitor center has some interesting information about World War II and the collaboration between the USA and the UK with plenty of inspiring stories.
  • A very peaceful place to visit. The visitor centre is very informative and has many personal stories of courage. The grounds are perfectly maintained.
  • Gravestones + grass are kept pristine - a testament to the respect for the fallen. A sombre visit.
  • A beautifully maintained cemetery. Similar in design to the one in Normandy, it is quieter, which I think makes it feel a bit more like a cemetery should. A worthy resting place for our fallen servicemen.
