  • The bridge is only accessible if you pay £8 to enter the college! Or if you pay £24 to go punting and go under the bridge..... You can't view it at all from anywhere else along the river so I didn't a...  more »
  • The Bridge of Sighs crosses over the river Cam and connects St John's College to the other side of the river. They say that it is a replica of the bridge of Sighs in Venice, but there is no comparison...  more »
  • Another must see, but you have to go punting to really appreciate it. Stick with the organized punting groups for the most historically correct info.  more »

  • Unfortunately enough you can go through the bridge, but it's true though that you can not enjoy its gorgeous beauty from inside.

  • a beautiful bridge you should see when in cambridge either punting or walking. you can get pictures of it from the bridge parallel to it. there is a sign saying private but we saw lots of people walking over it so yolo.
