  • Went here with my 10month baby. Fairly priced and in a very good location. It is nicely spaced with lots of seating area and a cafe (we didn't use but looks ok). We used the baby only soft play area. ...  more »

  • The kids love it and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is always a good vibe and a good place to have a kids party. It can be a little busy on weekends and rainy days.
  • We tried and we hated it...the atmosphere/staff/food were a combination of poor management and lack of experience. Diana Stewart
  • Absolutely terrible, staff were rude, I went with kids and we treated poorly. Please find somewhere else to spend your money.
  • Rude staff... Left 2 kids n a husband. While paying for them I have to make it clear twice that I was not going in. Did shopping peacefully, single problem in play area so went in to get them. Just standing at the gate trying to get the attention of my husband.. I was told by the very same member of staff that it's 50p to go in. I smiled n told her that I am here to collect them as I am done with my shopping. While my husband walk towards me n I asking him to bring the children out now... I was innterrepted n told again by the same staff that I need to pay 50p or I have only 5 min to go in n get them. 50p 50p 50p... I don't know how I remained calm.. though kids enjoyed the place but I won't b going there again.
  • Great for the kids but quite pricey if you have several kids. Expensive food and drink too can be a bit of a nightmare when it's very busy
