  • Travelled to here to purchase whiskey. Didn't do the tour. Found the staff in the shop to be efficient but not friendly. A little more customer service training might be in order for staff who looked ...  more »

  • Fascinating tour. Rachel our tour guide was merry and informative. Would highly recommend. The gift shop is reasonable. Would also highly recommend the 12 year old reserve.
  • Interesting place The guy with the bird who was pouring whisky is an excellent barman who loves and knows his job Thank you!
  • Really enjoyed this a few year ago, especially the sampling session at the end. Very disappointed recently though, to discover that small children aren't allowed! I understand the health and safety aspect of not allowing children around working stills, but banning them entirely seems a crude measure! Perhaps reminders to parents to supervise their kids would be more reasonable!
  • Oldest listened distillery in the world. £7.50 for a tour, you are give a small bottle of Bushmills honey and then taken on the tour. They are currently doing maintenance so we couldn't see the stills but were able to see most of the plant. After the tour you are taken into the bar restaurant where you get to chose 1 sample, highly recommended the 12 year old Take Bus 221 from Belfast Europa bus terminal for £9 round trip at 9:30AM and get to the causeway by 11am. The bus then comes back at 2pm to take you back to Belfast Europa bus terminal. You can also take the 402 bus from here to the Bushmill Distillery and then take the 402 bus to Coleraine bus centre where you can take bus 218 back to Belfast Europa bus centre. All this for £9
  • Tour guide Amber was fantastic. Not being able to take photos once in the factory was disappointing. Whiskey tasting was a personal highlight. All around a fascinating and enjoyable experience.
