  • I came here with my wife and my 3 year old boy and my 5 month old. First visit. Free parking. The place was quite big. It was busy. It cost £6 for my son and nothing for us adults and the baby. It was...  more »
  • Loved this play centre, our 2 boys (3,6) were able to play in the large section with no problems. The go karts are brilliant fun. Spotlessly clean and lovely staff, excellent value too
  • Have been taking my son there since he could crawl, he is now up and running and climbing! Plenty of parking and value for money! It's free for under 1s and once you start paying they have a loyalty c...  more »

  • Very slick service, professional and very kind to the children. We would certainly consider holding another party there. Enjoyable for children and adults
  • Our nearly 4 year old and 15 month Son LOVE it here... The staff are friendly and the place is always clean... I have been coming here for 3.5 years now and could not recommend it enough... We even had our daughter's birthday party there... Thank you Parent Paradise from A very happy family 😃😃😃
  • I've taken my son (18 mth old) to several indoor play areas in the West London region and none are as good or large as this place... I just wish I discovered this place sooner! Excellent that this place has 3 seperate areas for 18 month and under / under 5 / over 5. Staff are helpful and the area (under 5s) we were in was very clean and my little one loved it. Excellent seating availability for parents as well. Well done
  • Lovely large indoor soft play. Separate areas for under and over 5s plus a (pay extra) go-kart track. Good food and lots of parking. Highly recommended.
  • Whilst you may enter and think this looks great, the more time spent there the more evident it is that the play areas and staffing (or lack) really need some adressing. Both play areas under/over 5s look a good size, but jut are not spaced enough or have enough visibilty of your child and while you can go in...routes are quite one way and you will find yourself in the way. Like all these places, plenty of useless parents who dump the kids and dont really monitor the behaviour if their rugrats with other kids, but same could be said about the staff who dont police/monitor either. Plenty of over 5s in the little'uns area which makes it uncomfortable for the little feet who cant sprint along areas so just pushed around. These things are like 2-3 compact levels too which doesnt help. Why not use a bit of logic and keep it a tad more spread, opposed to cramping things - space is a plenty here really. Over 5s areas a good size, but visibilty is again a huge problem with null team members present. If a child gets stuck or needs help....at mercy of some random kids for aid. God forbid if your child is pushed around near the large slide as could really do damage if not supervised. A niche addition and something i was initially drawn towards was the mini go carts. How cute they looked but i had to remove my little girl half way as its another undersupervised and un regulated attraction. Its another poor design, where cars cannot pass each other and if a child does stop or crash into a wall area, they will be subject to bump after bump from other cars. The distressed child just has to take impacts, really pathetic. I was shocked as the attendenr just lets if happen until they casually walk round to straighten the crashed car. No delay before setting off again so cars will just pile up again with any other wrong move. The kack of common sense when working with kids is beyond me, no seperation between ages again so the young'uns penalised again. Seen more control on bumper cars. On plus the cafe is ok, coffee selections quite good and foods well....edible. Plenty of parent seating, some of it quite nice, but way to many pitfalls. Needs some inspection as cant be ok to operate like this :(
