  • The farm shop has some excellent vegetable products and eggs, along with many home made goods which are all tempting. I particularly recommend the vanilla slices, Cornish pasties and bread twist with ...  more »

  • Delicious food varied menu. The name "tearoom" is misguided. A full menu is available with roast dinner, casseroles and plenty of choice . Small portion option for those with a smaller appetite. Delightful desserts + farm shop and garden centre.
  • Nice place to visit in a partly rural area - but still accessible by bus and car. Good farm shop with a variety of local items. The tearoom is wonderful, with a great selection of food (light to full meals). They offer afternoon tea, although I've not tried it. Plenty of seating - even though it does get busy. The staff are pleasant, and service is efficient. If you're to visit the Tearooms; they are upstairs, so park to the rear if you need level access - where the parking is at 1st floor level. The garden centre choice is a bit limited on size and variety, but this does not detract from the pleasant visit.
  • Brilliant food, staff are incredibly helpful and flexible. Milk delivery just works. Could possibly do with a face-lift with help from a design group.
  • Great tea room and garden centre. Fab for young kids as play area outside where u can eat on a nice day. Buildings are a little tatty on the outside but I'm sure they'll get to that in due course. Very down to earth place & the food is really good. Home made pies in the shop are also a delight.
  • my first visit went for a meal in the tea room it was lovely and the sfaff were fantastic couldn't do enough for us then decided to visit shop and garden centre what a disaster not very wheelchair friendly couldn't get in the front door so decided to go round outside uneven flags and large steps [even for able bodied] so although plants looked lovely couldn't get near enough to them, tried to get through side door which was proving difficult when a member of staff saw us struggling he went off an got a key to unlock the other double door really nice inside with lovely gift ideas but again aisles very narrow and displays made it hazardous to get round so all in all loved the cafe and staff but disappointed with farm shop and garden centre
