  • Quick service, and good range of glasses. Prices seemed good.
  • Quick, thorough, friendly service and well priced
  • I have been going to SPECSAVERS for over 20 years and have always been very happy with them. But, having an ''appointment'' for fitting of glasses was then told to 'take a seat' where I sat for 20 minutes waiting without any explanation, or indeed, any apology for delay. Surely if their professional staff can time their appointments appropriately. the rest should follow. I was only seen when I went up to the desk to ask for an explanation or to ask perhaps if they ''couldn't find my glasses''......... The staff seemed to think that this was 'par for the course' - in which case why do they both to make so-called ''appointments''............
  • There is no point having a telephone number on the website , because nobody ever answers it , or picks up the receiver and slams it down cutting you off . Very poor service , I thought the service I got in The diss branch was bad enough . I wouldn't even contemplate advising a friend or work colleagues to use Specsavers.
  • Good friendly staff
